AIM Properties manages rental properties throughout the greater Albuquerque area. We have rentals available to meet a wide range of budgets and family sizes. But one thing is the same no matter the size or location of the rental—we provide a place you will be calling “home.”

Every rental property is non-smoking and maintained to ensure a clean, safe and pest-free living environment. We provide 24-hour maintenance and the convenience of phone or online work requests to respond to your needs.

Rental properties may be viewed any time during office hours. Stop by our downtown Albuquerque location to check out keys and learn more about any provisions or restrictions specific to the rental property in which you are interested.

AIM Properties makes it easy to apply for any rental property. Complete our lease application and return it to our office. You may:

  • Drop it off at our downtown Albuquerque office
  • Fax it (866-333-3680)

In order to be considered an eligible applicant, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older (all prospective tenants 18 years or older must complete a lease application)
  • Pay the (non-refundable) $45/person application fee via cash or money order
  • Provide proof of at least two years of residence history from a third-party landlord or home ownership
  • Provide proof of income that equals three times monthly rent
  • Have a rental/credit history that is free of:
    • Two or more three-day “pay rent or vacate” notices
    • Two or more checks returned for non-sufficient funds
    • Unpaid rent or damages
    • Detainer or eviction actions less than three years old
    • Judgments or collections resulting from an eviction in the last three years
    • Pet policy violations
    • Felony conviction within the last three years

Registered sexual offenders or predators will not be considered for lease application. Any rental history upon which previous landlord or management refuses to re-rent to applicant(s) will result in denial.
